Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Stepocity! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully to understand your options and our process.

1. Return Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions:

a. Return Window:

  • You can return most items within 7 days of the purchase date. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

b. Condition of the Item:

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Items that show signs of wear or damage will not be accepted for return.

c. Exclusions:

  • Sale Items: Products purchased during sales or promotional events may not be eligible for returns.
  • Custom or Personalized Products: Shoes or items that have been customized or personalized are non-returnable unless defective or damaged.
  • Hygiene-Related Products: For health and safety reasons, certain products like socks or insoles cannot be returned if opened.

d. Return Process:

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at stepocity@gmail.com or call us at 0329-1718078. Provide your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the item(s). Please include this RMA number when shipping back the product.
  3. Shipping the Return: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

e. Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

2. Exchange Policy

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original product and place a new order for the desired item. You will receive a refund for your original purchase once it is processed, and you can place a new order for the exchange item.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at stepocity@gmail.com or call 0329-1718078. We will provide you with instructions for returning the damaged item and issue a full refund or replacement, depending on your preference.

Important:

  • Please inspect your items as soon as they arrive. Any damage or defects must be reported within 7 days of receiving the product to be eligible for a refund or replacement.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Original Shipping Fees: Shipping costs for the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or an error on our part.

5. International Returns

If you are returning an item from outside the United States, you are responsible for the return shipping costs and any customs duties or taxes associated with the return. We recommend checking with your local post office or courier service to ensure all paperwork is handled properly.
